Petrichor is also known as the smell of the rain. It’s the scent that arises from the warm ground when rain falls after a spell of hot weather. The smell you'll recognise just before thunderstorms, or when there are rainbows! 

Our ‘Thunderstorm’ blend combines petrichor, fresh English peppermint and oakwood for a nostalgic, comforting scent that’s unique & unusual.

Our candles are made with natural coconut wax, blended with the highest quality fragrance oils, and use a high-grade cotton wick to provide the cleanest and safest possible burn.

220g Net Weight: Approximate burn time - up to 50 hours.

Please note candle burn times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on fragrance and correct candle maintenance being carried out. Please refer to the candle care card included with your purchase.

Care & Safety

Always allow candle to melt to the edges of the vessel. This is especially important on the first few burns of your candle, to avoid 'tunnelling'. This will take approximately 3 hours.

Trim the wick to approx 5mm between every burn, to prolong the life of your candle and ensure a safe, steady flame.

Avoid burning for more than four hours at a time and never leave a lit candle unattended.

Keep out of reach of children & pets.

Our candles are made with natural coconut wax, blended with the highest quality fragrance oils, and use a high-grade cotton wick to provide the cleanest and safest possible burn.

Coconut wax is the most sustainable wax available on the market. It's a renewable resource that uses no pesticides or fertiliser to grow, and it’s production does not contribute to deforestation in any way. We’ve worked hard to use the most sustainable materials possible for our candles, without compromising on quality.

Your candle will come packaged in an organic cotton bag which we would encourage you to reuse. How about filling it with potpourri and hanging it in your wardrobe to keep your clothes smelling fresh!? Or use it to store your wax melts or jewellery.

All of our products are handmade in small batches which ensures we only make enough to keep up with demand, and keeps waste to an absolute minimum.

The candle was purchased as a gift but I did get to smell it and it was just gorgeous. I sent the link to my partner who has purchased some wax melts for my birthday so looking forward to trying those. I love the names of the candles and melts, this is what attracted me to the site.

Poor customer service

My order took 5 weeks to arrive, I messaged customer service to chase my order up, didn't bother to reply, even messaged on facebook and was ignored, wouldn't order again just because of such poor customer service, if my order had never arrived I would have lost my money because they don't bother to respond to customer who are spending their money with them, would not recommend.

The most amazing smell

I had been looking at this for such a long time & finally purchased it & I was not disappointed!! The candle is such a great size & smells absolutely incredible. The small of the rain is such a specific smell & yet somehow this candle encapsulates it exactly!! Very happy & will definitely be ordering another for when this one runs out :)
