Subscribe to our ‘Loughrigg’ mini monthly subscription to receive 2 full-sized wax melt pouches to your door each month! Each scent will be hand picked by us to compliment the month or season, so you’ll always have a beautifully fragranced home, perfectly suited to the time of year.  

Each pouch contains 6 wax squares, with each square lasting up to 12 hours. That’s a total of up to 144 hours of fragrance for just £9.99 (FREE shipping is included!)

Please note that we pick the scents each month & everyone receives the same scents. The box is not customisable and the scents are exclusive to sub box members, so are not available to buy on the website. Boxes are sent in batches on the 1st week of each month. You must have signed up for your 1st box by 25th of the month in order to receive your box at the start of the next month. If you sign up after 25th, you will need to wait until the next subscription cycle to receive your first box, which will be 1 month later.

We named this subscription box after Loughrigg Fell in the Lake District. Loughrigg is one of the 214 Wainwright walks. It’s 335 metres to the summit, so a small and relatively easy one for beginners. It’s located between Ambleside and Grassmere and from the top there are stunning views of Loughrigg Tarn and the Langdale Pikes. 

Important Subsciption Info

Your monthly subscription charge includes free shipping which is applied automatically. If you are checking out with other 'non-subscription' items, shipping on any other items will need to be paid and will be applied to your cart. We cannot combine your monthly subscription with any other orders.

Minimum subscription period is 2 months. We will bill you and deduct payment on 25th of each month unless you pause or cancel your subscription after month 2. You will have access to a subscription dashboard where you can view, pause or cancel your subscription using your own login information.

Cut off for signing up is 25th of each month. If you subscribe after 25th, your 1st box will be posted on the following subscription cycle and not on the 1st of the following month.

Subscription Shipping

Boxes are sent in batches on the first week of each month. You must have signed up for your 1st box by 25th of the month in order to receive your box at the start of the next month. If you sign up after 25th, you will need to wait until the next subscription cycle to receive your first box, which will be 1 month later.

Manage Your Subscription

Q: How do I create an account to manage my subscription?

A: Once you have signed up for a subscription with us, please do the following to create a linked account:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click don't have an account/create one
3. Use the email associated with the subscription you just purchased
then choose a strong password
4. Once this stage has been done then you will have a linked account. If you have already made an account with us in the past, then it may require a password reset.
5. You will now be able to log in using this email and password, where you can switch to a different box, skip or cancel your subscription.

Smell fabulous

Warm woollen blanket smells beautiful. I can’t remember the other scent I think it’s woodland walk but it smells really nice. More subtle than woollen blanket but still nice.

A Very Disappointed Customer
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am still waiting for a response to my genuine, polite emails regarding the extremely late delivery of my order.

I was,therefore, not surprised to read the large number of 1* reviews posted in Trust Pilot, all concerning the lack of customer care. A professional company would read these, reflect and respond to the many genuine concerns. Not this company....

Fortunately I have since found another company selling superior products and they have an outstanding customer support team.

Sadly I will never use this incompetent company again, as some of their products are quite good. I could never recommend it either as in this age of online sales, customer service is at the core of any successful business.
