Shipping & Returns

UK Shipping 

Please note that our dispatch timescale is up to 7 days. After this timescale, your parcel will be passed to the courier and can take another 2-5 working days to arrive depending on which shipping option you choose as detailed below. 

Standard shipping for UK customers is tracked and is done via Evri. You can choose express shipping via DPD at checkout as an alternative. Our monthly subscription box orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Shipping is free on UK orders over £65. The shipping charge is automatically removed from your cart when the cart value exceeds £65. 

Evri shipping takes between 2 and 5 business days after the date of dispatch. This timescale does not include our current 7 day dispatch timescale. DPD shipping takes 1-2 business days after the stated dispatch timescale. 

We are unable to raise a case to either Evri or DPD for a missing parcel until 7 business days have passed since the parcel was dispatched. If your parcel was dispatched more than 7 business days ago and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at help@northernsoulscents.co.uk.

**Please note that if your parcel is left at a sorting office or pickup point and returned to us as it hasn’t been collected, your refund will not include the cost of us posting the parcel to you.**

International Shipping

We now offer Tracked & Signed for shipping to the EU and USA.

This is a standard shipping, with Royal Mail which will then be passed to your local standard courier. The timescale for international shipping is 2-11 days. This does not include our current 7 day dispatch timescale. 

Tracked shipping to EU - £14.50

Tracked shipping to USA - £23.50

**It is the customers responsibility to pay for their custom / import charges for importing our products into any country should there be a charge. We will not accept any reverse custom charges. If the parcel is rejected or not collected due to the custom charges and the parcel is returned to us we will NOT refund the shipping cost.**

 

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or returns for items once they have been used simply because you don’t like the smell. Scent is subjective and individual to the person and therefore we can’t make any guarantees that everyone will like every scent. Please read the scent descriptions prior to making a purchase, or purchase the Discovery Sample Bag to try out the scents first. 

We do accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged. You will need to contact us by email help@northernsoulscents.co.uk giving a reason for the return along with photos showing the issue with the items. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days. 

Return Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of us  shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t give a guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
